A longevity supplement is an experiment. Design it like one.
This scorecard does not tell you which bottle to buy. It tells you whether the evidence, target, safety review, measurement plan, and stop rule are strong enough to justify the experiment at all.
Check only what is already true. Aspirational boxes do not count.
Complete the scorecard to expose the missing work before the purchase.
This scorecard is educational. It does not determine whether a supplement is safe, effective, or appropriate for you and does not replace a clinician or pharmacist.
Why the scorecard is deliberately skeptical
Small trials can conflict. For example, one randomized GlyNAC trial in 24 older adults reported improvements across multiple intermediate outcomes, while a separate randomized dose-ranging trial in 114 healthy older adults did not improve its primary glutathione endpoints overall. Likewise, a 2024 meta-analysis of eight NMN trials found no significant improvement in the major glucose and lipid outcomes it assessed.
That does not prove every supplement is useless. It proves that a biological story, a positive small trial, and a longer life are three different claims.
