Privacy Policy
AliveLongevity collects and processes only the information needed to run the site, deliver requested products, respond to provider-match or partnership requests, and understand whether the experience is useful. Do not submit emergency information, account credentials, government identifiers, or health information that is unnecessary for the service you requested.
Free tools
The PhenoAge calculator, lab discussion builder, TRT cost calculator, supplement decision scorecard, and wearable fit finder all run in your browser. Raw lab values, selected markers, and entered cost figures are not sent to AliveLongevity. We may record non-identifying events such as a tool start or completion, a count of selected goals or markers, and a broad result bucket. We do not record the raw values entered into those tools.
Analytics
We collect page URLs, referrers, a randomly generated session identifier, device and browser context, and interaction events used to improve the site and measure conversion paths. Analytics should not be used to submit names, emails, raw laboratory values, symptoms, or free-form health notes.
Email, newsletter, and quiz
Email addresses submitted through newsletter, quiz, or guide forms are processed by Resend or another contracted email provider, along with transactional delivery, provider-match requests, provider onboarding, partnership applications, and support email. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the available unsubscribe method. Transactional messages related to a purchase, subscription, request, or support issue may still be sent when necessary.
Personalized 90-day plan
When you save the plan intake, the intake is encrypted into an HTTP-only cookie in your browser for up to 24 hours. It is not stored in Stripe metadata. After a verified purchase, the intake is sent to the AliveLongevity server and an AI service provider to generate the requested educational plan. The plan is displayed in your browser, may be cached in that browser for convenient re-opening, and is emailed to the checkout address when delivery succeeds. Do not include unnecessary identifiers or information you would not want processed for this purpose.
Payments and subscriptions
Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, billing details, receipts, subscription status, and customer-portal requests. AliveLongevity receives transaction identifiers, product and source metadata, customer contact details supplied during checkout, and payment or subscription status. We do not receive your full card number.
Provider matching
A provider-match request is delivered to AliveLongevity for human review. We do not store the health-related match details in Stripe metadata. When you explicitly consent, Alive may share the submitted request with a potentially relevant provider for the purpose of evaluating a possible introduction. We do not sell the request into a mass lead marketplace.
Provider and partner applications
Provider onboarding and commercial partnership applications may be stored in Stripe customer or subscription metadata and delivered by email so Alive can review credentials, scope, locations, pricing, conflicts, partnership fit, and billing status. Published provider information will be limited to the profile fields approved for publication.
Service providers and disclosure
Alive may use hosting, analytics, payment, email, security, and AI service providers to operate the services described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to prevent abuse or fraud, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Alive does not sell raw laboratory inputs or health notes to advertisers.
Retention, access, and deletion
Browser-local tool data remains under your browser controls. Transaction, subscription, email, support, and application records are retained as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and relationship management. Email privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests to hello@alivelongevity.com. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure
Some resource links may earn commissions, and sponsorship, partnership, and provider relationships are disclosed at the relevant decision surface. We prioritize evidence, safety notes, and practical fit over commission potential. Payment does not purchase an evidence grade, a calculator output, or a provider rank.
Children and medical emergencies
Paid plan and provider-match services are intended for adults. The site is not an emergency service and does not monitor submissions for urgent symptoms. Contact emergency services or an appropriate clinician when immediate care may be required.
