About AliveLongevity

AliveLongevity exists to make longevity research practical. The field is full of impressive mechanisms, mouse studies, and expensive stacks. We translate what the human evidence actually supports into protocols you can run in a normal week.
How we evaluate evidence
Every recommendation on this site passes through the same filter, in this order:
- Human outcomes first. Randomized trials and large cohorts in people outrank mechanisms and animal data. When only mechanistic evidence exists, we say so plainly.
- Effect sizes, not just significance. We report how much a marker actually moves, and for which populations, because a statistically significant nothing is still nothing.
- Safety before optimization. Interactions, stop criteria, and when to involve a clinician appear next to every suggestion, not in a footer.
- Adherence is part of the evidence. A perfect protocol nobody sustains loses to a good one people keep. We optimize for realistic schedules.
What we will not do
- Rank products by commission potential.
- Present speculative interventions as settled science.
- Hide the caveats to make a cleaner headline.
Who this is for
Professionals, parents, and performance-focused adults, mostly 35 to 55, who want to extend healthspan without turning it into a second job. If you read Attia, Examine, or the occasional primary paper, you are the reader we write for.
How to use this site
Start with the 7-day quickstart, get a baseline with the healthspan quiz, then pick one protocol from the article library and run it for 4 to 8 weeks before adding anything else. Progress is measured in biomarkers and daily quality of life, not in the size of your supplement drawer.
