By using AliveLongevity, you agree to these terms. Stop using the service when you do not agree with them.
No medical advice or clinician relationship
AliveLongevity provides educational information and planning tools. It does not diagnose, prescribe, establish medical necessity, provide emergency care, or create a clinician-patient relationship. Talk with a qualified professional before acting on symptoms, laboratory results, medications, hormones, peptides, supplements, fasting, pregnancy, known conditions, or significant exercise changes.
Calculators, scores, and generated plans
Calculators and scores are population-derived models or editable planning aids, not medical devices or individualized prognoses. A generated 90-day plan is an educational execution framework based on the information you submit. Results may contain errors, omit relevant context, or be inappropriate for your circumstances. You remain responsible for review, professional consultation, and safe use.
Accuracy of submitted information
You agree to submit accurate contact, billing, provider, credential, pricing, scope, ownership, conflict, and partnership information. Do not impersonate another person or organization, submit information without authority, or use the service to facilitate unsafe, deceptive, or illegal activity.
Purchases and refunds
The Longevity Blueprint ($19) and the personalized 90-day plan ($49) are one-time digital purchases processed by Stripe. Access or delivery follows successful payment and exact-product verification. Both carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: email hello@alivelongevity.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Contact the same address for a duplicate charge, failed delivery, or corrupt file.
License
Purchased guides and generated plans are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. You may keep copies on your own devices; you may not resell, republish, or redistribute them unless Alive agrees otherwise in writing.
Provider subscriptions
Provider Partner subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Billing management and cancellation are available through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or a written agreement requires otherwise.
Payment does not guarantee publication, rank, referrals, appointments, lead volume, favorable editorial coverage, or approval of claims. Alive may request additional evidence, decline a profile, suspend routing, or remove a profile for inaccurate credentials, unsafe or misleading claims, undisclosed conflicts, poor consumer experience, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. When Alive declines the initial profile and will provide no partner service, it will cancel the subscription and refund the initial payment.
Provider matching
A match or introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee, diagnosis, or recommendation to begin treatment. Users must independently review licensure, scope, ownership, pricing, conflicts, clinical approach, pharmacy or laboratory relationships, and fit. Providers are independently responsible for compliance, informed consent, clinical decisions, and the services they provide.
Sponsorships and commercial relationships
Sponsorship, affiliate, research-underwriting, and provider relationships are disclosed at the relevant decision surface. Payment does not purchase an evidence grade, medical conclusion, calculator output, or provider rank. Separate written agreements may apply to commercial partnerships.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape or republish the site at scale, bypass purchase or access controls, attack or overload the service, submit malware, misuse another person’s information, reverse engineer protected delivery, or use Alive content or tools to make misleading medical or commercial claims.
Responsible use
You are responsible for evaluating whether any intervention is safe for your circumstances.
Availability and limitation
Alive may change, suspend, correct, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Alive does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular health or business outcome, provider availability, or the completeness of any model or content.
